- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Big Rapids Division Street post office is amazing! Any time I have had a problem with my mail I have called their direct line and not only did I actually get to talk to a person (who answered in a couple rings), that person was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I have also gone into the lobby a few times to get help with packages I've needed to send and the employees are happy and friendly!! I cannot say enough good things about this post office! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Incompetence at it's finest. My package was sitting at the post office. I go to pick it up there because somehow, after the package was sitting there all day, it didn't get delivered. The cashier was about to go grab it, which I have had done many times before, when some other lady said no and stopped the cashier in her tracks. The lady then said I couldn't pick up my package from the post office and that it would be delivered the next day. Which seeing as I came all the way in to get it, wasn't going to be a good option. Again I have picked up many packages from many post offices and this the first time someone has ever been rude to me about it. The cashier looked as shocked as I was.
